Are you doing an EFI conversion on a carbureted motor or just want to add a new style high flow injectors to your current system?

Speedflow now have a simple solution with our new Weld On Boss to suit EFI Injectors. These are machined from the same quality 6061-T6 aluminum as our other weld on fittings which is perfect for TIG welding.

At 1.45” (37mm) in length and a 5/8” (15.9mm) base diameter, these are perfect for custom manifolds and conversions. They are manufactured to suit a variety of manifolds, and can be machined, port matched or shortened to the requirements of the application.

The 5/8” (15.9mm) base can be welded to the manifold and steps up to the injector with a machined radius for a beautiful finish.

These suit common Bosch Injectors or similar injectors that use a 9/16” (14mm) OD o-ring.

These weld on bossed are only available in a raw unanodised finish.
